• Account details: username, email address, phone number and password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text).
• Assessment details: name, date of birth, birth time, blood group, grade or class, age, and your answers to assessment questions.
• School or organisation link: if you sign up with a school code, your account is linked to that school.
• Messages you send us: anything you submit through the contact, careers or join-us forms.
• Payment records: transaction reference, amount and status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

2. How we use your information

• To create and verify your account, including sending one-time passcodes by email.
• To generate your personalised insight report.
• To process payments and respond to your enquiries.
• To maintain, secure and improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run the service, such as email delivery, hosting, payment processing, customer-relationship tools, and tools that help generate reports. They receive only what they need to do their job.
• Your school or organisation, if you signed up through one: they may receive your responses and report summaries.
• Where required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.

4. Sensitive and reflective information

Some of what you share (such as date of birth, birth time and answers about your feelings and preferences) is personal. We treat it with care and use it only to produce your report. Reports are a reflective, self-understanding tool and are not medical or psychological diagnosis.

5. Cookies and browser storage

• We use session and security cookies to keep you logged in and protect forms.
• Your browser's local storage keeps your theme choice and saves assessment progress on your device.
• Pages load some scripts and fonts from third-party content networks, which may receive your IP address when you visit.

6. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete it, unless we're required by law to keep some of it.

7. Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children and students

Our assessments are used by students and teenagers. If you are under 18, please use LLW AstroCare with the involvement of a parent, guardian or your school.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your password private.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
